i just made this for dinner and thought it was super tasty and simple, so here’s the quick hit recipe!  :-)

Ingredients:

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 shallot, minced

fresh tarragon or parsley, minced

1 tbsp butter

1/3 cup white wine (i used a Chardonnay)
